Dust build-off can distort the sound quality of your saber. It's best to clean the speaker membrane of your saber at least once every two weeks. 

Remove the pommel cap and ause a microfibre cloth to remove the dust. If it's more than just dust, you can use a damp cloth that you've wrung out well to remove the more persistent dirt and then wipe it down with a dry cloth.
