The ETA or estimated arrival time is solely the courier's discretion. This information is usually present when the package is in the final stages before delivery. Depending on their logistic forecast, some couriers may even remove or change the ETA.
The tracking information will be updated in 3-5 business days from the date of issuance or once the courier scans the package.
