Blade not lighting up fully (Slider Grayed Out) (Xeno V3)Updated a year ago

If the blade isn't fully lighting up and the slider options in the app are grayed out, it means the firmware switched to Baselit instead of Pixel. Use the troubleshooting guide below to fix it.

Troubleshooting Guide:

Step 1: Connect your lightsaber to the Xeno Configurator app

Step 2: Tap the GEAR icon from the dashboard

Step 3: Tap the Firmware and a small window will appear. Tap continue
