If your lightsaber isn't fully lighting up, it might be due to a defective core, blade, or accidentally switching settings from PIXEL to RGB. Below is step-by-step guide to help you remedy the issue.

Troubleshooting Guide:

Step 1: Remove the blade

• Locate the PCB board at the base and unscrew it
• Gently pull the cap to expose the wires
  • If there's no damage
    • Continue with Step 2
  • If there's damage
    • Please use this link to contact our support team

Step 2: Turn the saber on

Step 3: Check if all LED modules light up

• If all LEDs are lit
  • Continue to Step 4
• If not all LEDs are lit
  • Please use this link to contact our support team

Step 4: Put back the PCB board of the blade and screw it tight

Step 5: Put the saber in standby mode

Step 6: Reinstall the blade into the hilt and ensure to push it through

Step 7: Press the PWR button for ten (10) seconds or once you hear the RGB to PIXEL notification
