Saber Not ChargingUpdated 2 months ago
First things to check:
Is the charging cable or battery charger plugged into the correct type of charging plug
Is the USB cable plugged snuggly into both the saber and charging plug
Have you tried another charging plug
Have you tried another outlet
Once you have cleared the checklist above, the next thing is to check if the battery is seated correctly in the saber. Open the hilt at the mid-section to reveal the electronics board and remove the battery. If the battery appears to be seated correctly, remove the battery by knocking the hilt against your hand to tap the battery out.
Check the condition of the battery contacts. Install the battery and gently bend the contacts if they look flat.
Reinstall the battery and pay attention to the polarity (+ and - are marked on both the battery and chassis)

SabersPro Tip:
Always check the output ratings on any charger you use with our sabers. An incorrect charger can and will damage your saber. Please use a charger with an output rating of five (5) volts and no more than two (2) amps. Moreover, do not use any fast chargers.
If you haven’t used the saber for a long time without use, it may take up to 10 minutes for the charge to register.
Charge your saber directly to a power outlet instead of a gaming console or a laptop/desktop.
