The saber can't connect to the app (RGB V3 and Xeno V3)Updated 2 months ago

Before trying the procedure, ensure your mobile device has the latest OS version. 


  • Turn the saber on

  • Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone

  • Unpair or delete the saber

  • Open the app and reconnect your saber

SabersPro Tip: 

  • The Xeno App works only on RGB V3 and Xeno V3 cores

  • If the color of your core is BLACK, then that’s a V3 core
