Before trying the procedure, ensure your mobile device has the latest OS version.
Turn the saber on
Go to the Bluetooth settings on your phone
Unpair or delete the saber
Open the app and reconnect your saber

SabersPro Tip:
The Xeno App works only on RGB V3 and Xeno V3 cores
If the color of your core is BLACK, then that’s a V3 core
