If your lightsaber shows an SD CARD ERROR when starting up, it may indicate either the card is missing or its files are damaged.
Please follow the procedure below to determine if it's faulty and to help us determine which component to replace. Before you dive in, ensure your lightsaber is completely charged. Some sabers have a toggle switch positioned at the core's base. Check out this article to find out if your lightsaber includes this feature.
Troubleshooting Guide:
Step 1: Open the hilt
Step 2: Check if the SD card is present
- If the card is present
- Access the card files
- There should be 34 folders for the sound font plus the settings folder. If all files are present continue to Step 3
- If the card is not present

Step 3: Remove the SD card and turn the saber on. Skip this step if your core is Xeno V2 and contact our support team by using the link above
- If the saber turns on
- Either the physical card is faulty or the files inside are corrupted
